Rich & Shelley just posted a reference to it, so that leads me to believe they're talking about a new one.. unless they've just been slow about it.

Bah! It's THAT one? The " I have to have that guitar" one? The Brian May guitar? Geez. R&S didn't get told about that until now? And it's in the one with the Hip on the cover? Damnit! I need to go buy that. I saw it at Chapters right after you scaned that for me, and I saw that, but I thought it was a different one!

I went searching for a new issue of Canadian Musican today and there aren't any to be found in this city. Their website is still running the Tragically Hip cover, which is the one we got it from.

Yay!
I'm actually thinking about getting a subscription. It's got some cool articles in it... Plus, it's only $12/year (6 magazines). That's pretty damn good.
I may, however, look into a guitar magazine first. Are there any Canadian guitar magazines? Or, what are some good guitar magazines, Canadian or not, as long as it's available in Canada?

Guitar One and... Guitar Monthly I think it's called, are both really good magazines. I suggest looking into them. :
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?

They should. Cuz OLP would be in it for sure. In every issue. And The Guess Who too! And Nickelback, and Default. Damn. I really want a Canadian Guitar mag now.

I'll go to Chapters again tomorrow, and look for them.
I was going to pick up that Bass Player magazine for the Duncan article, but I didn't know if it was the right issue...

If it's the one with a dude named "Flea" on the cover, I couldn't find the article in it.
Yes. Canadian guitarist should have their own magazine. There's tonnes of them!

Yeah, Flea (RHCP bassist, and, with all due respect to Duncan, Flea's just about the best one out there) is on the cover. I looked inside it for a while, but I didn't see Duncan anywhere, so I didn't buy it.

Les Claypool of Primus is a better bassist in my opinion. That guy is just absolutely crazy with the bass.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

the BP magazine that I found with the feature on Duncan has John Entwistle on the cover in a big black and white picture, it's the September edition.
