LMAO!
""Gravity," however, does feature a harder-rocking, more streamlined sound that isn't weighed down by the thematic pretentions of the band's previous album, "
Suicide Machines .""

"Push came to shove when Our Lady Peace started recording its upcoming album, and longtime guitarist Mike Turner got knocked right out of the band."
Sorry, I know that's mean but still .. it was funny

Also, they didnt ship any of their gear down there, they used all of Rock's vintage gear at his studio.
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?

Steve's not from Detroit. He's from the Port Huron area (Richmond, to be exact)

I thought he was from LA? Or maybe that's where he's living right now.

Potato Girl is right. Steve grew up in a small suburb 45 minutes from Detroit, then moved out to LA before getting into OLP. I think they stress the Detroit fact because how many OLP fans are out there in LA compared to Detroit?
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.
