Drowning Pool Singer Found Dead

Post by NunoFreak »

Some sad news to report; Dave Williams, the lead singer from Drowning Pool, was found dead today at the age of 30. No cause of death is known as of this time. This is truly a blow to the hard rock world, as Drowning Pool was one of the brightest up and coming bands around. Too bad...

i've never been a big fan of the band Drowning Pool at all... but it is unfortunate whenever someone passes away. My thoughts are with his family, his friends, and all those people who will certainly be hit hard by his death.

RIP

"Bodies" and "Sinner" were both big rock hits this past year. Whether you like them or not, they had potential and they stood out among the other numorous nu metal bands.

I really can't stand their music, but it's a pretty horrible thing to have happened.

I wasn't saying that he was hit by a bus, but that you shouldn't assume because he is in a band that he died from drugs.

Yeah but usually when they say "cause of death undetermined" it's because they died from some drug overdose or something along those lines.

Clumsyfish, did you not listen to radio, MTV or music in general last year? Up until September 11, Drowning Pool had the biggest single with "Bodies"...

Let the bodies hit the floor, let the bodies hit the floor...

Doesn't that ring a bell? If not, maybe you better stop worshipping Travis from Blink 182 for awhile and pay attention.

Heh, it's not that bad if you missed Drowning Pool. No disrespect to Dave Williams intended, but I could have done without hearing their music all over the place.

Especially "Bodies"...

pay attention to what? they couldn't have been that great or I would have heard more of them .. try showing respect when you reply to people instead of always coming across as an asshole
