of my little sister and little cousin. They're listening to my Spiritual Machines CD. Their favorite songs are life, in repair, MOY, made to heal...actually they like all the songs. Oh great now they're talking about Clumsy, I'm so proud.

I have a younger 13 year old brother, but he only listens to what his friends listen to which is like Eminem and Linkin Park *cringe* I think it's time I introduced him into the wonderful world of OLP.

my little brother is funny... I showed him the Buddy Hackett clip and he still goes on about beer stealing... he dislikes OLP , though. Too young I guess. Although I'm young for an OLP fan. That's what I've heard anyway.

i got my little bro into rock and other good stuff when he was 7 or 8 so hes been brought up proper. now hes 13, and though he still likes the occasional crap, he generally has good taste. his favorite band is spacehog...i think thats just really cool.

Stephanie, that is SOOOO cute about your 5 yr old brother!!!!!!!!!

I just have an annoying hormone raging 14 yr old little brother...and he likes Slipknot, Mushroom Head, and all of those yucky scary screaming bands.

I am converting my friend into being an OLP psycho groupie. I took her to the OLP toledo concert and she LOVED every single minute of it. Maybe now I can actually hold a conversation about OLP with somebody (face to face, I mean)

this is the first time in 10 days that I've actually been away from my family...ahhh......so nice

I don't have any youger siblings

But, I amconverting a few of my pals into OLP fans; they only like the singles though. :(

I guess it's because all of my friends are pretty stupid...
"When looking up there, I just felt whole, like I belonged. Like one day I too would shine my most brilliant. Sitting there also made me think about sitting through services at my little country church back home. About that never-changing congregation of the same sixty-seven people and everyone has known you since before you were born. Now, out here in the real world, everything just seemed more vivid than when I used to sit in that little pew. That pew that was now so, so far away from where I was. I feared I had somehow left God behind there, too. I feared he was somehow just sitting there, saving my seat on the fifth pew from the front row, just waiting on me to come back. I left so quickly, I worried that he may not have noticed I was gone. And, now, I’m just too far away to find. So he’s just sitting there, patiently waiting on me to come back. I closed my eyes and prayed a moment. I hoped more than anything that he could still hear me." -an excerpt from my novella, A Sea of Fallen Leaves.
