Linkin Park - "Reanimation"

Post by NunoFreak »

Anyone heard this yet? Man, this CD is "off the hook" in a good way. The remix of "In The End" is all tight like, yo. This shit is the mad bomb, yo!

Ironically I gave my burnt copy of this cd a listen, and I still hate it. "Papercut" is not worth 15 dollars. :|

Maybe this will be like Limp Bizkit's remix CD. They might break up and go away after it.

I have a rant about Linkin Park here. Here's what I would say to them. OK, look at yourselves. You have ONE cd out, with maybe 10 or 11 songs on it, and one song has no words, it's just your half-assed dj freestyling for 3 and a half minutes. So you have 9 or 10 legitimate songs, and you're already making a remix cd. You now enter the world of Jennifer Lopez and Ja Rule. Don't come out with anything new, just half-ass a song then remake it hoping to make even more money off of it. So instead of having some guy sit in a studio and make you sound like the Crystal Method, make a new fucking cd. Hybrid Theory was great, now get over youself.

I am running on 0 hours sleep right now and am a little cranky...lol. What I just said makes me feel like David Spade...God save us all
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

^^ well put.

I hate Linkin Park. I can't stand nu-metal crap.

And have you payed attention to the lyrics? If it wasn't for the constant screaming and rapping, it would sound like Nsync...

I just think Linkin Park is scared of failing with their second cd. That's all it could be. It's hard to follow something that went 8x platinum (or in Canadian lingo, diamond) and if they don't outsell Hybrid Theory, it will be considered a commercial failure. It's still no excuse to Jennifer Lopez their music and make them sound like jackasses, but they are under a lot of pressure with the new cd.

I thought Linkin Park had more cd's than just the one .. didn't they used to play under a different name, or am I horribly confused? :wtf:

Lori, post a pick of Pheonix from Linkin Park .. he's the hot one

Gah. I hate Linkin Park with a passion. And right now I can't seem to get away from them. Firstly that new video (the animated one...) was everywhere, then it was Linkin Park Weekend on MTV2 and now it's Linkin Park Week on Kerrang. I can't escape the little bastards.

And why do most of their fans seem to be about 10? If I see another little kid wearing a Linkin Park hoody I'm gonna...hang them up by their wallet chain and make them listen to Papercut until their ears bleed.

A cunning plan, I feel.

please note: I said most...

DAMN. I think your friends and I need to meet. LOL.

I like Linkin Park. I bet 10000000000000000000000000 dollars that more people would like them if they hadn't been so popular and successful with their cd...........why is that anyways?

A band is good until they make it big? Selling out is CHANGING your music SOLELY for the purpose of making money. Nickelback= not sellouts. They didn't change their music or image, it just happened to get popular. There is a big difference.

Just regarding Linkin Park, I don't know. I don't like them that much, but they seem to be doing something that is catching my eye. Kind of like Eminem.

I don't care for the lyrics though, they're just way too straightforward. Bah.
