Steve's last name

Post by megxyz128 »

Ok, I know this is really pointless, but how do you pronounce his last name? I always thought it was Mazur (May-zer) , but some guy on VH1 was talking about how he played guitar on Mary J Blige's album and Elton John's musical album and he said it was Muh-Zoo-Er, which kinda sounds funny, so I was just wondering. - Megan

Raine says May-zur, so I am gonna go with that one...lol
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Yeah, I've heard it pronounced May-zer lots of times, then that guy on VH1 said "Mah-zor" and I got confused o_O

Nopers, it's Jade Puget from AFI. They're one of my favorite bands (other than OLP of course :P ), and he's a really good guitar player. - Megan

I always thought it was something like "May-shyure". Just like a softer "z" sound...

Actually, you know what?? I'm in Trenton! That's not terribly far from Kingston, is it? Anyway it's much closer than Burlington is :P
In fact I'm at Loyalist College in Belleville. Do you know it?

I wonder why he lets Raine mispronounce his name. I've heard Raine introduce him as Steve May-zer, too, twice.

At least it's not Turner. Now they have some real talent in the guitarist position.
