i didn't realize i was nominated for this :GASP:

neil seems to stand out to me as someone who constantly participates in the politics threads, who is interested in debate, and who has an opinion to defend. although many other people are strongly political, neil seems to be constatly generating discussion, so he gets my vote this time.
