Hub problem. Please don't kill me.

So I know it's a problem when people makes lots of threads about this kind of thing but I'm completely stuck. I've looked everywhere int hese old threads for help.

I used to have the hub but then the comp crashed, and now I keep getting this goddamn error every time I try to download DC++. It says something about "error while importing symbol RegisterWindowMessageW". I haven't a clue what that means. Help? *pout*
