I'm sitting on my sofa watching tv.
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

London - Floor - Section 2 - Row J
Kitchener - Orchestra Seating - Row CC

Despite everything, I'm still really excited for the shows! Two of my favourite bands together! :D

Kitchener Orch Row C

London FLR2 Row N (Mehh)

I agree...I'm pumped about seeing them, but disappointed in the price tag of the best seats. I mean, with the fanclub membership and 4 tickets to two shows, I'm already paying well over $200 which IMO is plenty.

If Matt, reads this... I decided to get 2 tickets in row B of the center dress circle, for the second night only. However, Ticketmaster wouldn't let me pay with my Discover Card so I used my Mastercard, which sometimes I have trouble with getting it to work online... so I'll find out after class if the sale really went through, hopefully.

Anyway, we can try getting better tickets on the other presale/the main sale and then maybe some other CMers can have these tickets or something... I figured if the acoustics aren't bad this might be a great location for taping though, so maybe we'd want to use these seats, and just try getting up front for the first night.

I'll talk to you later today when I'm out of class!

Yeah probably orchestra... when the presale started the best available for orchestra $49.50 was row J, and best for dress circle was row B (or else A... I don't think any of us checked for a while).

Oh here's a picture of the seats for Vancouver night 2.

Combined price of the two tickets after charges and converting to US is $110, not too bad. It is showing up as a temp charge on my credit card, let's hope it posts to the actual charge so we can be sure they're accepting my Mastercard.

I will let you guys know something. Pre-sales are not necessarily better seats then General Public sales. They should be but that isn't always the case. It is the section the venue allots bands to have for fan club sales. guest list, radio station listeners, contest winners etc.

I did the U2 pre-sale and didn't nececcarily get good seats then if I did regular sale. Only 1 time did I get better seats in a pre-sale. Incubus at MSG. Got right on top of the stage.. That shocked me..

I think Pearl Jam also gives good seats depending on Membership.. It is all matter of luck.. I also think most of us on here are spoiled with front row that you won't sit anywhere else. I am not really an arena person. I think you lose alot of the intimacy then if a small club.. I only will go to an arena if I had no other choice..

Just be happy you are seeing the band.. I know I am.

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

I will let you know something, Gail. People are mad because they've already paid for a membership, and now the best seats are going for well over twice as much as the seats being offered to members in the pre-sale.

It would be easy to "just be happy you are seeing the band" is people hadn't been promised perks for members of the site, only to be left with nothing more than first shot at crappy seats.
