Tulsa Show No More

It appears the Tulsa show and the following shows this weekend have been cancelled due to the sickness of a band members wife. This was information I received from the Tulsa venue (Cains Ballroom).

If it was something extremely bad I am sure it would show up on their site.

maybe it is somethig like JT's lady got real bad moring sickness and he wanted to be with her.. WHo knows...

Health is better then a show. Shows can be rescheduled

It's a private matter for the band, I see no reason why they'd post any more detail than we already know on their site regardless of whether it's serious or not. We know as much as we need to know.

I really hope whoever it is is ok.

Does anyone find it wierd that the support band and the venue have managed to send out updates for this, but Sony/Coalition haven't updated the website or emailed the mailing list?

SOOZY I said that becasue if it was something horrible they would say somethign on their offical site I said that cause if it was really that bad they would cancel the rest of the tour( which is only about 4-5 ore weeks) instead of week's worth of shows..From reading the venue site I am surprised nothing was on their site saying the shows are cancelled.

the only reason we know this is cause it was on the site of the venue.

Due to the extreme sickness of a band members wife, Our Lady Peace has had to cancel the Tulsa show as well as their Houston, Austin and Dallas dates as well. Refunds are availabel at place of purchase. We are very sorry for the inconvienence and hope to get them back very soon...

that is horrible..

but yeah say your prayres. I pray for the guys and their families everynight. Same as I do for my family and friends.

Holy thats bad, hopefully its some infection, rather then something awful like Cancer or some other chronic diesese. Hopefully whoever it is gets better. I dont think its Chantal, prob would have heard something else. Maybe/

i dont think its chantal either...cause there would definitely have been other buzz about it cause she is also a celebrity, and you know how that stuff travels....

my guess is its Mrs. Coutts, just cause i dont think steve or jer are married, and it did say wife, so thats my guess

It seems to sudden to be cancer (hopefully it's not).
