DOUBLE ALBUM?

Post by natejc »

As we are awaiting the sixth studio release from OLP I can't help but wonder what the guys might have up their sleeves. Every album prior to this one has come out on the original set release date. If I am correct the first tentative date set for this album was March 2004 (14 months ago). It is so unlike OLP to deviate from their set schedule. I heard they have recorded 40-45 tracks with Bob Rock, I don't think it is out of the question to think that they might be releasing a double album. If so, I can extend my patience a little while longer.
Well I promised you I would change, but I'm an asshole and I'm ashamed

Sorry to burst your bubble, dude, but Duncan told us there'd be 13 tracks on the album... so, unless they're like 10 minutes long each, I'm gonna say it'll be a single cd. ;)

Nah, we can leave it in case anyone missed the 13 song thing in the other thread when Matt posted it.

Gravity was not released on the original set release date.

The new album has never had a set release date.

13 tracks, just as Duncan said

The arrogance of the people who went to the meet-up is astounding. Give the kid a break.

Ok found the Finch tickets after looking for them for about 30-60 minutes. I'm now in a better mood now. Why do ticketmatser have American Red Cross envolpes to make tickets hard to find for? Why don't they put tickets in regular ticketmaster envelopes?

if anyone's being arrogant it's the person who refuses to believe what was already told to the people at the meet-up by a band member.
