Well the things that make it awesome are mostly just in our context :lol:

-close to school
-across the road and down like, half a block from our friends, a fantastic super-hip sandwich place, and a wickedly cool park
-$1100/month for FOUR PEOPLE
-hardwood floors, high ceilings
-frickin' gorgeous inside
-spacious enough but not so big that heating costs will murder us
-big enough kitchen to entertain in
-extra room for putting a tv and couch in
-windows in every bedroom
-stove/fridge included

ummm yeah, it's sweet. the only thing that would make it any sweeter is incl. washer/dryer.

So is it furnished? That's the only thing that seems lacking.

We're looking for a house too, I want to live in one SO bad. They have these awesome cute old ones all in a row right below campus. I hope I can get one for that price, that is less than I pay here for a this crappy apartment. But...I don't know about the dif in American and Canadian.

No not furnished, but i'm happy about that. I'd rather have my own stuff. One of my roommate's grandmother is downsizing her apt and we're gonna get a ton of furniture available to us from that (she lives in mtl)
