Yeah sure, it's fine. Only because you were going to be my VP.

I was running for President of the CM and we sort of started a campaign, but when no one ran against me, we won by default. So yeah, I've been President of the CM for like a million years. Or well.. however many years it's been since we talked about all that. It's a good gig, I don't get any benefits or respect! Sounds like every day life to me!
