a lot of the albums have songs with no replay value... Clumsy has 100 Aisles and Let You Down (sorta), Happiness has Consequence of Laughing, Spiritual Machines has none I'll admit that, and Naveed has a few as well.
But Burn Burn has only a few skippable tracks IMO, and even those are still good. So it's no less or more replayable than the other albums.

I agree. Those songs are great. I also Like Paper Moon and The End Is Where We Begin....but I'm definitely not blown away. Didn't Raine produce this one? The songs are pretty good and the production is pretty good too, but if we compare the songs and production value to Happiness or SM it doesn't hold up.
I do definitely like it. Don't get me wrong on that. I'm not sure where they get the "raw" description they were using. They probably needed an HD3 or 4 for all the DSP and tracks on this album!
I turned my cousin onto OLP. He loves all their stuff but his first comment was that it had lost a lot of emotion and power. He did like Monkey Brains though.

um, nope
Well that was sort of an exaggeration assuming most people wouldn't know what that meant. ;-)

Wow, you two are almost exactly the same. All you did deserves more then a 5/10. lol
Also surprised at all the love Monkey Brains is getting. What a weird bridge in the middle of the song.

I just want more. but maybe that was there point? i really like it. i think gravity for me has it's own category.. as the years go on i love it more and more but you know, nothing will ever beat old OLP.

Whoa... 100 Aisles is badass as well as let you down. Consequence of laughing is great with amazing lyrics, vocal performance and beyond.

I kind of agree with SA on 100 Aisles and Let You Down. Fine songs, but nothing remarkable for me, and they're usually the two that I'll skip if I don't have time for the whole album.
I used to feel the same way about Consequence of Laughing, but recently I've come to really like it a lot.
Haven't listened to Burn Burn yet, so I can't really comment.
