Same here. Usually takes me about an hour to even realize that I'm supposed to be sleeping. I just lie there thinking.

The past month or so i haven't been able to get to sleep til 4am and than i don't get up til 2pm so my schedules all messed up...

there isnt much sleep time when you fall asleep at 3-4 and get up before 7
