Yeah, how can a kid like me score tickets to the show? Because I really wanna go to the show. If some one can help me out, that would be super. Like, say two people on the board who are friends win tickets, and would go together, and have the two extra wristbands, well, if those people would be willing to help Bethany and I out, that would be sweet.

Just thinking out loud here...

Next Tuesday: 500 people at the Edge (plus any friends, etc. they brought) have to be there. Plus, there will be people like me who just want to hang around, see the band and hope for more ticket giveaways. That's a lot of people on a sidewalk. At 8 am on a weekday, there is no way they'll get a permit to shut down Yonge. City won't do that.

I'm going to try to be there. Couldn't make it down this morning, but I don't have classes next Tues until 1130am - so what the hell? I just hope our Edge buddies have thought about the logistics of this.

This is such bullshit. The first time they've been back in Toronto in a long time and you've got to win some stupid contest to get in? How about the traditional call ticketmaster and order a couple tickets?

It was the same thing with the club tour. You either had to win tickets, or stand outside in a blizzard for at least 5 hours at a chance of buying 1 of 200 tickets. I had to go with the blizzard option.

Only a few lucky t.o people who can manage to get wristbands or win them are getting a show .. so really, it's okay to be a little negative .. I'd be really pissed if I wasn't seeing them next weekend anyway .. now I'm just a little bitter at the crappy way to get tickets ..

Don't worry guys, even if you don't get into the show at the ACC, there will most definitly be a candian tour next year.

the acc holds close to 20,000 people..i think thats more than a few..

I think they are doing the sears theater set up though, so i think that holds less people.
