Hmmm. My favorite music video. This is a hard one. I really like them all. I seem to watch "Superman's Dead" a lot, but I don't think I like it more than the others. The only video I really don't care too much for is SOT. It's ok, but I prefer music videos with plots that relate to the song.
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.
No, seriously?

I was just answering lucky's question cuz Beth said that line in quite a few of her posts so it was kinda hard to miss .. and I didn't go looking for her, I just thought it was funny how she'd post right after me but she was hiding so people knew she was on anyway

I have a thing for you JIM .. hehe I even live in the same city as you .. I'm behind you right now!

sorry... I'm kinda taken... but i mean we do have a lot in common, we are from the same city of course...
so all 50,000 ppl from Welland are compatible with one another... great...

I just finished watching 4am... gotta say my fave part is the swaying of the camera in the car, and how it goes from like one side to another than shows like a lil bit of outside the car and a bit of Jer... thats so cool, and you can recreate the effect with a mirror in your bathroom by simply swaying back and forth.
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

I like the swinging camera thing too. Mike and Duncan are just kinda looking out the window, but if you notice Jer is writing something down. Wonder what it could be....

I always saw Jer as more of the left handed type...I'm just a little disappointed...

Maybe he's obsessive-compulsively writting down his "No-no" list.

Was that seriously written by Jer? I know he can't eat certain things but that list was freakin' funny. I'm not sure what he means by "going to the moon"...and what exactly happens if he eats this stuff? I can at least agree with him on the hot dogs/processed meat, apple juice, chinese food thing. I also stay away from lebanon bolgna, baked ham, baked turkey, all seafood but fish, ESPECIALLY shrimp, I get dog sick from that crap. hmm...what else...I can't eat too much chocolate, but I can survive on a little, vegetable soup, fried eggs(that's not an allergic thing, it's just that my dad fried some eggs in peanut oil once and I got so sick that I won't go near them anymore), and raisens. i know there's more, i'm real sensitive with food, although I don't think I have the Jer disease. If i eat anything on the list I get nasty nasty sick and can barely crawl out of bed. You can imagine the joy I am to take out! So there's my list...Jer, you're not alone!

Where have you people seen all the OLP videos?! On TV?
All I can find for streaming on the Web is OMA, IAH?, Life, In Repair, and SWOT. Are there any sites for streaming all the OLP videos? Or should I just buy the RaS compilation?

I DL'd them all off of Morpheus when I was at college. I don't have SOT cause my computer at home is too slow to DL anything, but as soon at I get back to school I'll be quick to get that one too. Not only did i DL them but I burned them onto a CD so that they can be played wherever I go as long as I have a computer. My advice to you is just to get mynapster or morpheus and DL them all. I didn't buy R&S's video compilation, although I think I might do that anyway. Does anyone have that? How is it?

I downloaded all of the OLP videos. There are many people in the community (including me) who would be more than happy to let you download them off of us.

I have both sets of compilation tapes from R&S but I don't recommend them .. the 1st has been taped over and over and over again and the footage is quite crappy and blurry and not really worth the $35. I got set 2 a few weeks after it came out so that's better but I don't know how it is now .. I feel bad for not promoting their tapes but I'm just being honest.

I've seen every video on tv too .. except for the American versions of Life and Supermans Dead, and Out of Here which I got to see because of the compilation tapes

I didn't really find that in most cases the poor quality is all that intolerable. Some of it is obnoxiously bad, but for the most part, it's just a little grainy.. at least on my VCR.

LEAST FAVORITE: Somewhere Out There -- Kinda goes without saying, it's just nothing amazing or fantastic, and it's a shame that it's the only one that most people in the States have seen. It's a bore, and a disappointment.

FAVORITE: Naveed -- This video touches me completely, I see it and I sit motionless and absorb.. the only other OLP video that does that to me, to that extent, is 4am.. and I guess Naveed won because 4am is an amazing song, but not my absolute favorite Our Lady Peace song.. which Naveed is.
