True story. But, when you consider that the Calgary show sold out in 90 seconds, I don't think Vancouver will be that much different (Especially when you consider the size of the show and the insanely cheap ticket prices).

Mind you, I got my tickets.. so i'm not complaining one bit!!

I didn't even have a chance to get tickets for Calagry. Stupid dial-up. :( It takes me like a minute to load the pages on ticket bastard.

I really want to see them.

Dial up is evil! There's no chance for getting tickets anymore if it's a show like that. U2 shows sold out in a matter of minutes as well, and those were stadiums. Your best bet is to actually call ticketmaster if you have dial up. They're usually pretty good. If tickets are in hot demand, your best bet is to call a ticketmaster in another province. They'll be much less busy. If everyone is trying to buy U2 tickets in BC, if you call Manitoba's ticketmaster, they can get you the tickets, but they won't have as many people calling. It's an old trick we used to score Canucks playoff tickets.

I know down here tickets sell fast not so much cause of fans, but because they only release a few hundred to the public. Scalpers pay people to go on line and jam up the lines so fans don't get tickets. There has been many aritlcs on it of late because of what happened with the first leg of the U2 tour and with other highly anticipated shows coming around..

I also know down here they always release tickets a few days/ night of the show..

Good luck getting tickets to all who are trying.. I have been lucky.. All the Canadian shows I went to for OLP I got tickets..The only one I couldn;t get off the bat was JUNOs 2003.. I did go, cause I went on line to news groups for tickets. I got one for $100 CA.. I think the actually ticket was about $80CA, so It worked out not too bad..

I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

Yes let's :D
Open your eyes to nights and days, you close them up and float away
and somehow inbetween you've got to master lying to yourself
you back the cause, get out of school, you get a job, the job gets you
and somehow every day you end up serving somebody else
now if that ain't panic that you're feeling, then you damn well better start
you can drive it into that head of yours with the hammer in your heart.

And it's alriiiiiiiight now, take the world and make it yours again.

I'm up for a meet up on Saturday or Sunday, but I'm willing to do it before that if needed. Any ideas as to where we should go? Stanley Park? haha
