On topic of the new album, I'm beginning to feel like Wipe... and Walking in Circles won't make the album.
I dunno why, I just get that feeling. It doesn't bother me all that much, because from what we've heard, I think Not Afraid and Don't Ask Why are gonna be better songs anyway and I hope the rest of the album is like those.
Plus, I think it'd be really cool if we got a whole album without these songs and were still able to hear them (hell, that one Pittsburgh recording is near flawless)
*still can't believe the quality of that bootleg*... put my poor boot to shame, but I really don't care. God I wanna listen to that now. That show was so good.

"When looking up there, I just felt whole, like I belonged. Like one day I too would shine my most brilliant. Sitting there also made me think about sitting through services at my little country church back home. About that never-changing congregation of the same sixty-seven people and everyone has known you since before you were born. Now, out here in the real world, everything just seemed more vivid than when I used to sit in that little pew. That pew that was now so, so far away from where I was. I feared I had somehow left God behind there, too. I feared he was somehow just sitting there, saving my seat on the fifth pew from the front row, just waiting on me to come back. I left so quickly, I worried that he may not have noticed I was gone. And, now, I’m just too far away to find. So he’s just sitting there, patiently waiting on me to come back. I closed my eyes and prayed a moment. I hoped more than anything that he could still hear me." -an excerpt from my novella, A Sea of Fallen Leaves.
If they like Wipe... so much, they should take the title of the album from the song, but not from the song title. Call the album "War" or "This is War". Both are at least somewhat catchy, and sum up the "raw" feeling of the album.

-Our Lady Peace-
THEN have a cool cover for it
I was actually thinking that Johnathan. If they really feel like a new band now, I think a self-titled record would be apropos. I really like the idea.
I think one of the band members said a while back in a radio interview on 102.1 the edge in toronto that it would be called "wipe that smile off your face".....i think that would be cool!!!!!!!!
Is there something good, something more?
Is there anything worth dying for?
