Heh, I had the book preordered for Amazon to deliver on the 21st, however I had OLP shows to work on the 21st and 22nd (which basically means that I'm more or less busy from when I get up till I got to bed)

So I slept crappy on Friday night and ended up getting a couple of hours sleep. When I finally got home on Saturday I saw it on the table and I'm like..... ooooooooohhhhhhh....

My plan was to leave it alone until I got home Sunday night and depending on how tired I was, dig into it then. But I thought, well I'll bring it upstairs with me... I just wont open it, then I won't be tempted.

Within 5 minutes or so I thought well I really need to sleep cause I'm exhausted BUT I can open it... just to LOOK at it.

4 hours later, it's 4 am and I'm still fighting sleep reading it ;-) By Monday I was done. I even took it with me to the rehearsal space so I could read while I was waiting for the guys to go to the awards.

I'm addicted I know this.

Basically I found it a really good book, the reasons I didn't like it were the one's that Rowling intended in my opinion. Basically what I was disappointed in was that some of the characters weren't as infallible as you once thought they were.

As I said it was really well done, because these feelings are building in you the same time as Harry. The people that he looked up to and depended on aren't perfect after all. It's a hard lesson every kid has to learn. No one, even your idols are anymore perfect than you.

I really did like it, even though I didn't find it as much of a page turner as The Goblet Of Fire.

I finished it yesterday or the day before, i forget. Anyway, this is by far my favorite book in the series. Really, I love it. I did think that the death scene was very anti-climactic though. It kinda just happened and that was that. But, I was very sad that said person died though. :(

Overall though, definitely my favorite.

I agree w/ you the death part...it seemed anti climatic to me too. It was just...weird. Like more people should be sobbing and something BIGGER should have happened. But then again, it's probably more realistic this way.

I never thought Harry and Cho would make a good couple. This is they way I envision it: Harry and Ginny and Ron and Hermione.

the whole Harry-Ginny-Ron thing would be awkward. how much is Ginny their junior?
