nope.....nor do I intend to.

I think its kick ass that kids all over the world are obsessed with the lil' dude, although I still wonder where his pocket protector is hiding. (at least harry in the movie is a dork! haha)

I DID (yup....I did) watch the first movie, and it was only the 3rd worse movie I've ever seen behind "Jeepers Creepers" and "Deadman on Campus"

Heck, I'd watch "Tora, Tora, Tora" again before watching HP Part 2.

 you're all about ready to kill me, but I wanted to change the tone in here and toss in my opinions.

Thats what has made it so damn overrated, is all the damn hype it gets now.

People calling businesses FURIOUS because they have to wait about 2-3 business days for the next shipment of a freakin BOOK is scary.

So, has HP5 surpassed the Bible's sales yet (the world's best-selling book)?

I finished the book in about 7 hours. I went to Media Play at midnight, got my copy of the book around 12:20, read until 3 a.m., slept for a couple of hours, and read from 5 to 9 a.m. during my family's car ride up north. :) Black text below:

I love when D.A. is discovered and Fudge yells, "Then you have been plotting against me!" and Dumbledore "cheerfully" responds, "That's right!"

I also loved when Fred and George made their dramatic departure from Hogwarts.

The guys who play Fred and George in the movies were only born in 1985 - I thought they were much older. Oh well, they're only 2 years older than Ron, so in the movies so far they've played 13- and 14-year-olds.

poo, of course, since I bought the book on Monday, I got it in the mail on Wednesday like Amazon originally said. So I've read it one and a half times so far.

I think it lives up to the hype. I'm the 19 year old girl that goes to the movies and book releases the day they come out w/ my friends :) But we don't dress up. Not finished w/ five quite yet though.

The Bible is printed by everyone, and people buy editions all over the world.

HP5 is the single largest printing in history, though.

I had the joy of working for Borders on Friday, June 20th, where we stood open past 12:00 AM so we could start selling at 12:01 exactly. We sold 600 copies in two hours, and I was the one who got to be on the paging system, calling out ticket numbers, and checking ticket numbers in line.

Didn't get home until 3:30. The store was literally full. It's two floors. The bottom floor where the registers are was packed, and there's a huge mezzanine where people lined it above them, watching the frenzy.

Makes me tired just to think about it.

umm, if they were born in 85, shouldn't they be 18?

Almost done! Last night my friends decided to whisper about who died across my lap, and before I realized what they were talking about I heard who died. I am so pissed now. I almost cried...when I get that part I am going to start balling!
