Just because he was in with the family that doesn't mean he knew what osama was doing. This family disowned this guy. Spain voted for a guy simply because of the attacks, they haven't handled anything better then the US, quite the contrary, they let the attack change their perception of who should win their election. It was an off the cuff move by them.

If Bush wins this upcoming election it will show the ridiculous lengths some Americans will go to to support their party. Having "guts" does not simply make a good president. He has lied, gained support for a war by using fear against his own people (by making imaginary links between Iraq and terrorists. Where's the WMD's?), demolished the division of church and state and created dangerous situations within his own country and around the world with his 'you're either with us or against us' bullshit. And that's only a few of his misdeeds.
I totally agree I AM ME, it seems to be a lot about pride or party lines or, unfortunately, ignorance. (by the way, did you enjoy the snow that past couple days? Got me out of a couple days of work:)

The man wanted Saddam out of power because Saddam had a bounty on Bush Sr.'s head. It was a matter of revenge.
The American public has been nothing but a "pawn" for Bush to do something that the Bush Family has wanted to do for a long time now.
Using the WMD's was mainly a cop-out excuse. They've known since 1991 that there was at least some sorta WMD activity, but they never REALLY knew of the whereabouts. I think it was all destroyed or shipped out before the war. (Possibly to Syria? Who knows..)
