if you watched the concert that was on much music a little while ago, that is what is going to be on the DVD. It was only a few songs and they were out of order...but Birdman was damn good. Raine even molested some random guy in the audience. it was funny.

No... the DVD's 20 songs long. It's a whole setlist... which was already said on the first page of this thread... the tv thing was just sort of a "preview", I suppose.

Anyway... getting back to the topic at hand... I wanna go! Darn it. Watching the DVD on the big screen would be fun... least I think so. It'd be as close as being at an actual OLP concert we can get til the guys tour again next year whenever. :nod: Plus, there'll be lotsa OLP fans there. :love:

Anyone wanna come get me and bring me to Canada? :lol: I'm only about 8 hours from the Canadian border. :thumbs:

I haven't heard much, but someone did tell me that Vancouver's SilverCity Metropolis actually has a pretty damn good sound or... something like that... so obviously I entered.

So can you just buy the tickets too? I was under the impression that the only way to get them is to win the contest, but reading this thread it seems thats not so. Not that it really matters to me, being so far away from everywhere..

we are making assumptions. it may be an exculsive, win to get in, or have really good connections for one night only thing. but i doubt it.

and i would say that only those theaters will play it.

Tickets go on sale friday, and are available on the internet right now as we speak.
Ps. I was also at the Edmonton show. Pretty darn good (meeting them after was cool too)

Went down to the van entrance with my best friend. He had a liver transplant over the summer, and we told the security lady about how his one wish was to meet olp, and she made it happen.

It was awesome. For those 10 minutes i actually became the stupidest human being known to man. Raine was pretty cool, we just talked about how good the songs are sounding live. Jero was just freaking out over my friend's scar (it's huge, due to the surgery). I told steve how amazing his birdman solo was (as always), and he said he's just having so much fun out there that he should be thanking us! I met the other guy who was filling in or whatever, but i just said hi. And George Strombolopogos (sp?) is really creepy to meet. He gets in your face and talks to you like you're either a)a 3 year old or b) retarded. So that was kind of annoying. But it was cool to see what the guys are really like! Anyways...i'm done mumbling.
