tattooing is an art form, it isnt for any of us to decide what she should or shouldnt do to her own body
although do make sure you are absolutely positive you want one before getting it...im sure you know how more expensive and painful lazer removal is

my friend got a tattoo of an angel on her stomach and it looks more like a gargoyle. So, make sure that the tattoo artist actually CAN draw before you get it done.
I'm not much of a tattoo person, one or two are cute, but I think people (especially guys) who have tattoos all over their arms and chest and back are just gross.

my future step-brother is a tattoo artist and he is AWESOME. I mean, seriously awesome. He knows the guy who does Kid Rock's tattoos, and that guy thinks he could make it big.

1 of the tattoos I have is on my hip .. it's just a green caterpillar smiling .. I'm going back to have a butterfly put on the opposite side .. I have a thing for butterflies .. also have a butterfly on my right ankle ..
Lip piercings hurt to whoever said they wanted one .. most painful piercing so far for me .. I'm getting my eyebrow pierced next weekend I have off
As for suggestions .. I think the most important one is to make sure to get something that you won't get sick of a few years down the road. I really want to get something done around my belly button, like a sun or something .. but I don't know if I'd get sick of it ..
Oh and bring in pictures or ideas you have .. if the tattoo artist is really cool they'll go over them with you and maybe even help you make up something cool

I'd be cool for me to get a tattoo but I'm too much of a coward.

It sort of feels like you're being stung by a bee .. over and over and over

Me getting a tattoo would just be weird.

I'm just not a tattoo person I guess.

Apparently I'm not a tattoo or a piercing person either .. people always seem so surprised that I have a few of each

I'm not a peircing or tattoo person either. For me to get a tattoo, I'd have to be drunk to the point of blacking out.

i also have an issue with making decisions, i would never be able to decide what to get. I have a hard enough time deciding what to eat for lunch

The hip isn't a very painful place to get one .. and if it hurts the tattoo artist will stop as many times as you need him too .. the worst is when he's outlining the design .. once he starts coloring it in it's much easier .. apparently guys are the ones that end up passing out more than the girls
