Dave seems like an all around good guy but I've never had much interest in the Foo Fighters .. that one video they did with the Mentos candy thing irritated the hell out of me

hehe...Gail is a professional band model. That's like...my dream job, but I've never even met a band. I'm going to try my ass off to meet OLP at the Philly show, but I'll probably fail. Any pointers?

If you want to meet them you just have to find their bus after the show .. that's what a good source told me and it worked .. Raine came out and I also got to meet Rich and Shelley

Now why didn't I think of that last time? I want to get an autograph but I don't know what to have them sign....cause like..if I were to meet them all then I wouldn't want to disclude Steve, but my Gravity pamphlet got caught in a little rain shower..hehe. oh well..i shouldn't get my hopes up too much.

I just had Raine sign my ticket stub from the concert .. my goal is to get the Happiness bucket hat and get them all to sign it

happiness... bucket hat? like the black one that saul wears? I have one of those!

No it was khaki colored .. on the back of the hat I think it said "happiness and the fish" or maybe "One Man Army" I can't remember, and on the front it had just a figure of a man in black .. very cool ..

I have Jerry Cantrell and Mike Inez. I never met layne. AIC were at a concert we went to in 1996.
I have been meeting people for 15 years. That is why I know th eins and outs and ettiquete of meeting bands.

it isn't the same it was back in the late 80's. there weren't as many autograph seekers( professional people who sell) as there is now. Also fans were more considerate back then.

It is weird now. Kids just don't respect each other or the celebs they are meeting. Even OLP. I have met a few *ODD ONES* at the OLP things. Most fans are cool, but there have been afew *crazies*

My favorite type of fan is the ones who turn their noses up at me and treat me like I'm trash, then someone in the band will come over and give me a greeeting etc. When I met BUSH last year, there were all these girls surrounding Gavin( wow, i wonder why. Same with Raine? ) anyway my friend was going to take a picture of me and Gavin. I said I haven't got a photo with you. He set where do I look. This girl pushed in front of my friend. I didn't do anything. I stepped aside and let him sign things. When he was done, I said gavin can I get my photo now. He said yeah. the same girl went to push in front of me. I said do you mind. She said something like *okay Fats, you can wait* or something like that. I know I am on the heavy side, but that comment was so uncooled for. Anyway my friend sort of pushed her out of the way and i got my photo. After that gavin walked to the bus. Nobody got a photo that night. That girl was pissed. She wanted to get a photo and he said Sorry I have to go. yeah.

I swear I might not be a raving beauty or anything like that, but I have met a ton of people and have always gotten the best greetings( if I have met them more then once)

don't worry- you are still young. When you get to be my age, you would of met a ton of people also.,

I am going to the PHilly show.
when they played there laast time they came out on the side, near the back.

do you know how the EC is? This is from there. I met them in 98 near the loading docks.


in the back of the builing is probably where they will be or on the side. The bus will probably be parked there. I will be around. I don't know if I will get there in time to see them go in. If possible I will wait a bit after the show. i need to catch a 1AM bus though and the shows have been ending late.

Whohoo...I've never been to the Electric Factory, but I'll try my best. Awesome pic...1st of all. I'm forcing the roommates from college, who don't even listen to OLP, to go with me, so they won't be hot on the idea, but they'll just have to cope. Maybe I'll see ya there. I'll be sure to write CM on my hand or something. I'm prolly gonna have short brown hair by then, cause I'm gonna get it cut next week, and I'll prolly look like a boy with it...dunno...haven't had short hair since 2nd grade..hehe. I'll probably also be the one that is getting taken advantage of cause i'm a total pushover. I once got a hockey puck stolen from me by an 8 year old punk with green hair. Anyways...if I see ya I'll say hi, cause you're a legend in the "meeting bands" department, and a fellow CM'er. I'm going to do my best to get an autograph or at least a picture.
