It's different. It's one of those movies that I think about A LOT. I liked it, but I also can't say I loved it, while I know people who hated it because they just didn't get it. I think I'd like it even more after multiple viewings like Donnie Darko.
It's not low budget or anything if that's what you meant by quality. You should check it out and decide for yourself.

it was definitely interesting and definitely a movie that needs multiple viewings for sure.. i just wish my fucking hdd didnt die so i COULD watch it again
