But if I was truly and hideously ashamed, there would be no way that I'd ever say their name. The CD has Raine and Greig Nori producing some tracks behind it, too.

I don't think Mario Bros really had any cheats did it? Just robbing turtles which I don't consider a cheat at all!

i think it did. i distinctly remember attempting to do cheats for super mario bros. it never worked though...

I was wrong, there was one to restart on the same world after game over -- http://themushroomkingdom.net/smb_codes.shtml

You might be thinking of some of the glitches to walk through walls or get to the minus world?

The Konami code is different! It's UP, UP, DOWN, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, LEFT, RIGHT, B, A

I was doing one of the codes from Mortal Kombat 3 for SNES. I still remember them all too.

IIRC, that's the same code used in KoL when you're in the Sorceress' Cavern and you have to choose the right sequence to get past one of the challenges.

Shoot you're right! I never played any of the Mortal Kombat games, but I think initially I had thought you had written the Konami code backwards and by the time I decided to post I forgot. But even then it's a bit different. :happytears:

Damn it. I had a dream last night that I was on another OLP board and the music video leaked, except it wasn't "The Right Stuff." It was some other random song, except the guitar at the end of the chorus was very similar to Monkey Brains. But the drums were phenomonal, the bass was amazing, the guitar was fantastic, and I can't really remember anything vocal or lyric wise, except that I was really into it.

The video was supposedly filmed at the NYE show, except the background was Jay Leno's. Chantal was in it doing backup vocals except she couldn't be heard. Then it showed a picture of Raine's supposed toddler daughter (really?) wearing the official Monkey Brains t-shirt. So the video was lame but the song was fucking awesome. Then I was about to post it on the CM... and then I woke up. Lame.

Man, I've definitely dreamt stuff like that.
One time I dreamt that the CM had a dancing Dr. Kelso (Scrubs) emoticon, and we posted bunches of them in a row. Seriously.
Is that CM dream thread still on the go? I bet there's lots in there.
