Whenever death may surprise us,
let it be welcome
if our battle cry has reached even one receptive ear
and another hand reaches out to take up our arms.

Nobody's gonna miss me, no tears will fall, no ones gonna weap, when i hit that road.
my boots are broken my brain is sore, fer keepin' up with thier little world, i got a heavy load.
gonna leave 'em all just like before, i'm big city bound, your always 17 in your hometown

Was the earlier version of Gravity any different than the other one?

new OLP album in June! Yay! I haven't been online since early Firday morning, scoopage always comes out when I'm not around!
"When looking up there, I just felt whole, like I belonged. Like one day I too would shine my most brilliant. Sitting there also made me think about sitting through services at my little country church back home. About that never-changing congregation of the same sixty-seven people and everyone has known you since before you were born. Now, out here in the real world, everything just seemed more vivid than when I used to sit in that little pew. That pew that was now so, so far away from where I was. I feared I had somehow left God behind there, too. I feared he was somehow just sitting there, saving my seat on the fifth pew from the front row, just waiting on me to come back. I left so quickly, I worried that he may not have noticed I was gone. And, now, I’m just too far away to find. So he’s just sitting there, patiently waiting on me to come back. I closed my eyes and prayed a moment. I hoped more than anything that he could still hear me." -an excerpt from my novella, A Sea of Fallen Leaves.

Careful, people will start to think this is gospel. Where does it say June?

to who ever asked the only difference in the studio release of Gravity and downloaded one was the postion of 2 songs. I think on the burn one Sell My SOul came before Not Enough and on the studio it is reversed. I don't have the cover in front of me, so I can't say which song it was for sure but that was the only difference.

As for this news I would believe the person who send the news to Rich and Shelly. They have connections in the BIZ-so i would believe this is what they were told. :D

yea, which was clearly a mistake by whoever put it up for download because not enough leads into gravity.

So, what you are all forgetting is how successful Gravity was because of SOT. They may go with some superstitions and release the first single (hopefully Not Afraid (something that we have all heard so it won't be too bad if it is overplayed)) early. It's obviously not going to be in the next few weeks because we would have definetly heard somehting about it by now. but maybe end of april or begining of may.

I think they should surprise us and put out a single we haven't heard yet. Now that would be interesting.

You know i recently listened to F11's Tip (one of my favorite cds). And it made me think... OLP are going for a harder, more raw sound. I think that Tip fits into that realm perfectly... if album6 is anything like Tip, OLP might regain their spot as my favorite band... right now Mr. Good's got em by a nose.
