This place is bad for me. I had another OLP dream last night.

It was after a big music award type show. and OLP had been up for something like "Best Band Ever" and didn't win it. But Duncan had won the award for "Best Bassist Ever". So the fans had this big party to celebrate Duncan's achievement, and Jer, Duncan, and Steve were there. Right before the party was about to break up, Raine came in, falling-over-drunk, and going on and on about how they should have won the best band award. He was incredibly pissed. Then he kind of tripped out the door and left. Everyone in the room just kind of looked at each other.

And that was it. 8O

No Aerin, that really did happen, you were just drugged at the time
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

OLP dream

Post by allison »

I had an OLP dream last night! Unfortunately I had to get up at 4:50 this morning to catch my flight out of Saskatoon and my mom woke me up in the middle of the dream. The only thing that I vaguely remember is that Steve was giving massages to everyone around. Odd indeed.

Did he massage me?
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?

I had an OLP dream last night, so I figured I'd post it here...

I was at school, and we all got called into the hallway. Everyone sat down against the walls of the hallways, waiting to see what was going to happen. Then, suddenly, OLP walked in. As they walked through the halls, they talked to some of the students and signed a bunch of autographs. They finally got near me, so I stood up (I just happened to have the Gravity insert with my at school...?). Raine was the first to get to me, so he signed his name inside the booklet. Then Jer and Duncan did the same. But Steve wasn't there... I franticly looked left and right waiting for Steve to show up, when, to my surprise, Mike walked past me. Confused, I yelled "Mike! Hey, Mike!" He turned around and saw me, then walked over to me, leaned in and said "My name's Warren", then walked away. Confused and excited about having seen OLP (even though I still wanted to meet Steve) I headed to my next class. But I didn't have my books. So, I went to my next class anyways, but on the way passed by a door leading outside. I went out the door into the snow and saw a black van. I just knew that it was OLP's van. I started running towards it, but it pulled away. As it did, I saw Steve sitting in the back seat looking at me. I then went into class and got in trouble for being late and not having my books with me.

The whole "My name is Warren" thing kind of freaked me out.

And why would OLP come to my school to just walk through the hall and sign autographs? :wtf:

I had a kinda strange, yet cool OLP dream.

The band was playing in the garage of somebody's house in my neighborhood. (why? no clue) I think the whole East Coast gang was there. Don't really remember. So, I was right in the front, actually, I was where the security guards stand. I remember singing clumsy.

So, the show is over. everybody leaves and it's just me, the band and the roadies. I find Jeremy, and I started talking to him, I show him that my house is right down the street, and the he could see my swingset from here. I look around for Steve. Suddenly, there are all these people dressed up everywhere, in the garage, having some sort of party. They were Steve's family members, they were having a party for him, since he's from Michigan, and they were playing semi-close to his hometown. I see Steve, he looks at me, and says, "umm..yeah. hi...I don't have time for this," and then walks away. All I can say is, "Hi, Steve," and he says hi back to me. He was wearing blue jean overalls. :wtf: yeah, it's a dream... So, I find Jeremy again, and I tell him that I really wanted to talk to Steve. Suddenly, we're in my bedroom at my parents house and I just keep on talking and talking about how I wanted to talk to Steve and thank him for the picks, and tell him about the Mazurites and how I was at Rochester, and all this stuff. Never once did I actually ask Jeremy a question about the band, or the new cd. Jeremy was like, "We have to find Steve...maybe he's by the bus" But by then, it was already 9 AM (right) and everyone was leaving and putting stuff away. I couldn't find him. I ended up leaving. I was sad, but I was really happy because I talked to Jeremy for a long time.

Strange dream, wasn't it?
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you
until now because when I think on
a scale of one to ten you're like YWELVE.

i have olp dreams on a regular basis. i also have a dream about the band im seeing the night before every concert. here's the one i had last night about olp.

olp was playing in a big room, but i could only see jer and raine, even though duncan and steve were there. the only way i could see into the room was though this little window on this dirty door. raine had his back to me, but jer was staring at me the whole time. when he was playing, only his arms were moving, and the rest of his body was really still. then he came out of the room and gave me his dumsticks (one old, one new) but when i looked in the room he was still there playing. there was a clone of him or something. then i was in a hospital bed and at the foot of the bed jer was playing with a bunny!? i started screaming, then jer picked up an electric guitar and started playing it all hardcore, but he was playing chistmas carols! then he gave me the bunny and galloped away on a horse and i woke up.

how's that for weird?

and heres the matt good one i had a few years ago.

you know the music video where the kids in school uniforms are chasing them. well i had a dream they dicided to redo it at my school because this girl(who doesnt even like matt good) was freinds with them. i was running through the halls of my elementry school when i found the girl that brought them and i asked her where the band was. she just started laughing at me and i started crying.

my dreams are wierd!

Woo, had one last night...

It started outside my house. Something was going on next door. I go over, and low and behold; Raine and Chantal have moved in next door! :freak: In the dream they had a four-ish year old daughter, who was too shy to tell me her name. Raine wasn't there, but I met Chantal, and then left to let her pack. Then I ran home, came to my basement, and freaked out. I realized that Raine would think it was weird to live beside someone who loves OLP so much. So, I ripped my poster off the wall, changed my desktop wallpaper and deleted all OLP sites from my history and favourites. Then I freaked out again trying to figure out what I should or shouldn't say on the CM about it, you know, for his privacy. I didn't know if them moving here was supposed to be a big secret or something. So I decided to not say anything yet. Then I thought about when would be a good time to get him to sign some stuff. I didn't want to ask him to sign stuff too soon, because that would be weird and might scare him, but I didn't want to put it off too long. Then he came down into my basement, and saw the poster on the wall (it was back. I hate it when dreams do that). Instead of being freaked out, he pulled a big black marker out of his pocket and signed it. Then he sat down in the recliner in front of the TV (which is kind of beside my computer, which I was sitting at), and said to tell the fans anything I wanted to, and that I was to be his link to the fans.

That's all I remember. But it was weird. Haha.
