Fan video treatments

Post by One-Eye »

There's a contest at olp.net; fans submitted how they would have done the Innocent video, and now you can vote for which one you like best.

Most of them focus on the literal translation of the song (i.e. most of them have a "Johnny" and a "Tina"), and a lot of them reminded me of Pearl Jam's "Jeremy" video, but a couple are actually pretty good. And in my opinion, most are better than the real video. Might want to check it out.

I still say it should have started with either:

a) A Jer shot

b) A shot of a kind drumming the drum intro on his desk, with pensils.

Every now and then I fall out into open air just to feel the wind, rain and everything.
And though the hum and sway gets me down
, I'll find the way to peace and openness.

They're all the same. Why does everyone have to take everything so literally? Why not have a little imagination?

Death gives meaning to our lives, it gives importance and value to time. Time would become meaningless if there were too much of it.

Hey now, don't be so tough on Alex, double clicking is hard
I can't wait until the day schools are over-funded and the military is forced to hold bake sales to buy planes.

OK, I've been holding off because I don't know what kind of responce I'm going to get, but I really have to ask this:

Did anybody's treatments make the list - besides mine?
