scared . . .

Post by Dabekk »

So,

I'm going to a Tool concert on October 6. I've never been to a metal concert before, so I'm scared that I'm going to get ripped to shreds by hardcore fans. What do you suggest I do in order to survive?

go to the left side, because that's where the majority of the security guards are, and people don't crowdsurf that much over there...

Actually, its an arena show and I don't have floor seats. I think I'm more worried about going to my seats before the show, and leaving my seats after the show. It's always madness when everyone wants to get in or out.

One word: tazer
Just because I am sexy, naked, a bassist, and sporting a top hat doesn't make me Duncan Coutts!

if you have seats, don't sweat it. Tool fans are cool. I've seen them several times and never had a problem. if you're really worried, just get there early and hang out in your seat after the show for awhile. no one is going to jump on you. :freak:

Su7an: I bet Duncan can fly. He's just holding out on showing that skill off. 8O
joe_canadian: Yeah, one day at a concert he'll just stop playing and be like
"Yo muthafuckas! Wheeeeee!" and zoom off into the horizon

I entirely agree with you. I've never considered tool to be a metal band. I personally think that they need their own catagory as they don't fit anywhere else. I just called it a metal show, because generally when tool is catagorized they are called metal.
