Well, I'll put it this way. A lot of people on the board talk about The Wonderful Future as an amazing song, just like Blister and Car Crash, so The Wonderful Future shouldn't be on there. I picked Annie, because that is very underrated.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Although I, of course, love all of these songs...

I couldn't have said it better myself.

And it's hard to pick songs that aren't talked about when we're in an OLP community, always talking about OLP in one way or another...

Tough decision, but I had to go with Annie.
Some of you probably think I left. But was I ever here to start?

If you gave "Annie" to any underground band, I assure you it would be a hit, or at least a cult classic. Kinda like in a way Hope would be a cult classic for OLP, ya know?

I'm not really a big fan of "Consequences of Laughing," and "Annie." The Wonderful Future is adored by hard core OLP fans, so it is very much liked, even though it's not popular overall. I vote for "All My Friends." I love that song. Got me through some tough times, it did.
HARDCORE!!!

OMG. I can't believe I din't think fo you

I voted "The Wonderful Future" because that song is one of my fave. OLP songs since only recently. Although the other ones are all up there too.

The only thing that keeps the Wonderful Future from being the best song ever written in the history of songwriting is that goddamn 20 minute track that makes it impossible to listen to on repeat.

Am I exaggerating? Probably.

Ya know, I love OLP to death and all, but I'm not that crazy about The Wonderful Future. It's a good song and all, I enjoy it, but it's kind of mediocre to me. My favorite out of the list in Consequence of Laughing. Story of 100 Aisles is very close though.

I gotta go with :D STORY OF 100 AISLES :D... a great song where each member in the band is stretching their own unique musicianship to the max, and melding their talents together to create an extraordinarily powerful song! If only they would play this song live...

Annie and Consequence
Annie is one of my all time faves with Potato Girl and Consequence is just a really unique song that's grown on me

My favorite on that list is The Wonderful Future, but I don't think it's a song that doesn't get talked about, so I'll have to go with Is It Safe.

Seriously, the first time I heard Annie I was kind of freaked out. I listened to it again and ended up loving it. That's basically how it was with the whole Happiness album. I disliked it at first, and now it's my favorite.
