Hmm. I've grown to hate modern rock, yet my collection is littered with it:

At the drive-in, Six organs of admittance, oneida, 20 minute loop, ...trail of dead, microphones, squarepusher, aphex twin, dismemberment plan, clinic, led zeppelin, gy!be

I just can't get into Pete Yorn... everyone has raved about him for about a year now, so I listened, and I didn't hear what everyone was talking about. Oh well.
MUSICIAN: You're in a privileged position in society. You're expected to tell the truth
TOWNSHEND: Bullshit! Bullshit! I'm not expected to do anything. Nobody is going to tell me what to do. Nobody is even going to ask me what to do. If anybody doesn't like it, that's their problem. It's my work. If someone doesn't like it, I can't help it.

That is such a good song, but they've killed it around here. It gets waaaaay too much time on the radio.

I've got the whole album on my PC. I ripped it off Amanda. I can burn it for you if you want, although I suspect that would be a waste of time since you're most likely going to go ahead and buy it anyway

DMB, U2 and OLP.

I listen to pretty much all music, but these bands top my list.
