Our Lady Peace will be performing on Late Night with Jay Leno on September 16th.

Have they played on Leno before?

It'll be a nice break from swot. I'm really getting tired of it. Innocent sounds good live.

Umm, I don't think it will be Innocent. SOT is their big song right now, and by then, the video won't be out. So look forward to SOT.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

I'd hope so. It was released a month ago. But I still see what you're saying, with the video. We'll just have to wait and see.

Look at http://www.columbiarecords.com/appearances/ and you'll see that I am right.

Finally after years of struggling OLP have made it to Leno.
WELCOME TO THE BIG TIME!!!

high fives Jay- Are you listening up there Dave?

as for TV shows, OLP have been on Conan I think 3-4 times, Kilbourne 2 times, Jon Stewart( when he had his MTV show) 1 time and this other MTV show that the name escapes me now 1 time. I think it was liquid TV or one of those shows from way back when. and oh yeah the Jay Mohr sports thing.

Now if they can get to SNL, that is big time. Then again I couldn't get tickets for either SNL or Dave. It use to be so easy to get standby's for Dave, now it is next to impossible and forget SNL. I went to a taping of SNL one time. A rehersal when Pearl Jam were on. My friend knew some of the lighting men from the show so she took me to that show.

Gail, it was Oddville, MTV They did Superman's Dead. I think they also had a guy put a condom on his head that show too.

Nickelback was pretty cool before Silver Side Up. I mean, even Silver Side Up was decent, but so is Gravity.

We give people a lot of flak for trashing OLP because they're trying to get popular, but I think they have a point. No band is going to change their sound in an obvious attempt at greater fame and be able to get away with it entirely. I'll stick with OLP, though, I'm just disappointed.

I'm not disappointed with Gravity but I'm extremely disappointed in OLP's lack of interest in touring Canada .. in their obvious attempt to become big in the U.S and become known overseas they're forgetting about us. We've supported them this whole time and are waiting patiently and anxiously for them to come back but they keep passing us by .. :|
