Radiohead (On a Friday) demos

I just read about a 14-track On a Friday demo tape from 1991 that surfaced on the internet. This might be old news to a lot of you, I don't know when the article was written, but it might have been a long time ago. Apparently there's a Radiohead biography that mentions an early 15-track demo tape, so it could be the same thing. Does anyone have an idea about whether this is a hoax or if the tape is really authentic?
