Silverchair Diorama :)

Post by OLP4AM »

What a great cd. And I got it for 6.99. The best songs are The Greatest View, Too Much Of Not Enough, The World Upon My Shoulders, Luv Your Life, and Without You. There are a few songs that just don't seem to belong on here, but overall this is their best cd.

Yes, Diorama was some decent stuff; not their best, but quite good. C'mon, where is that crazy silverchair fan, Kristen .... come out come out wherever you are

When did Silverchair stop being a rock band? There are a few decent songs on "Diorama", but overall this album is pure drivel. I waited all this time for this? It's more classical music than rock, I am honestly left here scratching my head.

How can you have no expectations? This is their fourth studio album, you have to expect something. I think "Neon Ballroom" was probably their best work, but "Frogstomp" and "Freak Show" were good as well. "Diorama" must have been made when Daniel Johns took too much medication and lost his freakin' mind. This band is OVER!

It does have a classical feel to it. It's pretty well done, I think. Exotic, for sure, though. It's not terribly catchy or hooky, so it won't be popular, I'm sure.

You were expecting what exactly? The sky to break open and cloud you with sunshine when you pressed play?

I know!!!! But I got it in April... I just wanted to get it sooo bad! It's the aussie special edition one though... but the only thing that's different is it has a little paper thing covering the cd case and a small loose pic of them inside. Oh well... I guess It'll soon pay for itself!

I paid $40 for mine and I could have paid $400 and I'd still be satisfied.

I understand how people can say they don't like it because it's a different style of music, like you, NunoFreak... but I don't see how anyone can say the quality of the music has gone downhill. I think it's a masterpiece.-Inspiring, even.
