On the "Decision Day" (which lasted a record 4-5 days or so because of freaking college work and girls
), silverchair prevailed and won the first Band Surivor in modernrock.org history since '00!!!!!!
I will hold a Survivor 2 soon (none of the bands from the first game will be in it), so please get your nominations in at www.modernrock.org ...the winner of that one and silverchair will duke it out in a battle of the bands if all goes well...we can see how silverchair will do against a different competitor
Congrats to silverchair fans for devotion and perserverance....also, Our Lady Peace fans, congrats on runners up...you guys came close, and even though you had a small following (up until day 18 or so, they only had a board that put out something like 4 votes per day...yet managed to stay on the entire time!!!)....that just proves how well liked this band is by just about everyone
