Steve doesn't play on the album? Are you sure about that?

Then why is it you freaked out on Oasis because they said Radiohead is boring? That's just their opinion!

Because it's Oasis. They hate everyone. I swear the Gallagher brothers have a worse Jesus complex than Scott Stapp and Chad Kroeger combined. If you're not Oasis, you're not good, that's how it is to them.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

Yet another one of my opinions that are wrong. What a surprise?

What you said wasn't an opinion. It was stated as a fact.

Also, you can't say that Osasis' opinions are wrong, and then complain about people saying your "opinion" is wrong.

Well, you can, but you'd be being hypocritical.

OK, if you insist it's a fact, then go ahead. You're fucking wrong, but whatever. For saying this I will probably be banned from the board because I am doubting the all-mighty Al, right?

Why are you so uptight lately? I'm not trying to start something with you, but I'd really like to know what's wrong. You've been getting into fights left, right and center recently. You used to seem really cool, but now something seems quite off...

"We're only influenced by two groups and that's the Beatles and the Stones," he says definitively. "I like [Black Rebel Motorcycle Club] a lot, actually. I used to like The Strokes a lot and now I like them. And I like The Hives. And there's another band called Soundtrack Of Our Lives. All that kind of stuff. I still like Travis and Coldplay, Paul Weller and Primal Scream. There's a lot of good music coming out at the moment."

Well, now that's all cleared up — despite what other publications may try to tell you, Noel Gallagher does not hate everything. Are there any other rumours that he'd like to get out of the way while we're at it?

"We'd literally be here all afternoon," he sighs. "I'd just like to clarify that I've still got bright blue eyes and I'm still mentally 16. Physically I'm 35, but I'd like to declare that I'm also a genius. That's about it."
