I love Thursday. Their cd is absolutely superb, and I used to listen to it non-stop.
I faced death. I went in with my arms swinging. But I heard my own breath and had to face that I'm still living. I'm still flesh. I hold on to awful feelings. I'm not dead... My chest still draws breath. I hold it. I'm buoyant. There's no end.

thursday is definately one of the better bands around the scene these days...... understanding in car crash.... standing on the edge of summer.... cross out eyes.... full collapse..... great great stuff.

They had just started, just at the start of the very first song.....and he was kidna nodding his head to start the song you know? He was walking backwards and tripped over the cord on the stage. He fell off backwards and hit a speaker on the way down. I seriously though he was really hurt. He didn't move for like 3 minutes......and the stage was a litte taller than I am (so....over 5'1") which is a pretty damn long fall. Luckily, he got back up and they started again. It was kinda scary at the time......but funny looking back

heh, that's funny. i've heard he goes totally nuts live. i really want to see them and i missed seeing them one time because i had to go to some fucking family thing. bah. they're one of my top 3 bands so to miss them was extremely frustrating.

Thursday fucking rocks. Definitely one of my favorite bands. Full Collapse is an awesome album, and so is their first one, Waiting (but it's harder to find, so just download it).
They are also one of the best bands I've ever seen live. The crowd gets so into it and they are really great at what they're doing. Plus, it's just so fun to scream along with them.
