I just gotta say, Duncan is the coolest! He talked to us for the longest after the fargo show, and he's so nice!!!

Okay guys here is the run down on all the guys for you who never met them.

Chris E-- Never met him so I woudn't know. I think maybe a ham=ndful of people met him since he wasn't in the band long enough for fans to meet( in the usa anyway)

Mike T-probably one of the smartest people in Rock music today. I never really talked to mike much till around 99, but last tour I talked to him alot. I always thought he was kinds of standoffish, well to me anyway. Mike was the one who would talk to the fans and the fans approached the most.

Jamie- Quiet, but a real hoot if you met him.

Mike E- sort of quiet, but if you see him will talk to you. He is nice and is exactly how Jamie was . Stays in the back-behind the scenes alot.

Steve- is just loving every minute of this. He is so sweet and adorable. He talks to the fans and is super nice

Jeremy- it use to be good luck finding him. jeremy use to diappear after show. Now he is mr talkative. A real jokester. I just have to laugh when I see him now. I told him you know you never called me by name till this year. Now it is always gail, gail gail. I told him i would never see or talk to you. he told me I knew your name but Mike would never let me get aword in edgewise. he wouldnt't shutup. OMG. I laughed with that. Jeremy talks with everyone and really is a funny guy. He kills me.

Duncan-- is probably one of the nicest people on the planet. I never saw him turn away from anyone and he is always willing to take a photo ot sign something or talk to you. he is just so sweet.

And now the one you really want to know about Mr Maida.

I won't lie to you. While I think Raine is a sweetheart, I have heard he can be areal bastard also. I never saw it. he is quiet and very private. There are times when he is somewhat moody but for most part he is really sweet and nice.. He is willing to sign stuff for people etc. I know I am somewhat biased when it comes to Raine. I just never saw the bad side that people say he has. Although sometimes He does kill me. I was wearing a ley last night that I got at Ozzfest and Raine flipped his hand and said What's up with this. I said I got it Ozzfest, leave me alone. Leave me along( in regards to the lay)

there you have it. People can agree with me or tell you their opinions but what I wrote will be the majority of what people say.

thruth is they are all approachable, but they are also human and have good and bad days like we do. :nod:

i agree with gail...those are the impressions i got from talking to the whole band in columbus and to mike in birmingham, MI. they're all extremely nice, down to earth people and they really appreciate their fans, especially the hardcore ones.

hmm....I haven't really met them all, but I can get the impression that they really appreciate the fans just from their show. I mean, they get so involved with the fans and are constantly smiles up there. You can tell they love it. That and just the fact that they constantly put on increadible live shows. They may have a show the night before and the night after but they never seem to half-ass it out there, as if they care about giving everyone their money's worth. I've been to their concerts with people who didn't really even know who OLP were, in fact, at the Philly concert I went with two of my friends, neither of which had ever even listened to them. Both of them left OLP fans, especially the one. She kept talking about how they seemed SO nice and SO gracious, and something about how she got the impression that Raine was the kinda guy who played with puppies in his spare time(i'm not sure what that meant), and that she had no choice than to become a fan. The other doesn't even listen to rock music and she said that they put on such an entertaining show that she'd go back any day.

They gotta love the fans because they lay it all out there for you with every performance they give, with the exception of late night talk shows...hehe(Mohr Sports has been canceled by the way, there will be no second season). That's one of the things that keeps me coming back. At every show they seem to take you into their little OLP family. And they make eye contact, woha! :mrgreen:
