I still have to take my last test .. the one you take after the 5 years is up .. I don't even know what it's called .. I didn't bother though and my license expired so I'll have to do that eventually if I ever want to drive again .. I don't have access to a car so it doesn't really matter :|

you have to take another test after 5years? thats stupid, after 5 years it will be obvious if you can drive or not depending on if you have had any accidents or things of that sort

Yeah first is the written test, then if you took drivers ed you can go for the first driver's test after 8 months, then that license is good for 5 years and then you're required to take another driver's test before getting your full license .. I just never bothered .. the first driver's test is just the basics like parking and 3 point turns and crap like that .. the 2nd drivers test is out on the highway and like an hour long .. it's retarded

ya that is, here we get our learners, then we had to wait i think 6 months before we could take our test to get the actual license, then theres a 3 or maybe 2 year probation period, which isnt really anything and i've never gotten the point of it

BC has something very simmilar to ^. First is a really easy writen test. Then there's a 6 month period where you have your learners [L] (3 if you take the ICBC Young Drivers course). Then if you pass that test there is a 18 month period where you have a new drivers liscence [N] before you can take the test to get your full liscence.

theres nothing tricky about a highway, its pretty much a straight road, and you drive on it
no people walking, no street lights

The only reason I keep putting off the 2nd test is because I haven't driven a car in like 3-4 years so I'm a little rusty .. highway driving doesn't worry much, it's just merging I don't like :|

Niagara Falls was fun. The best part was getting my birthday presents!

1) Driver's License paid for.
2) Driver's Ed. paid for.
3) (very expensive) Dinner at Skylon Tower in Niagara Falls. (revolving restaurant at the top of a very tall tower. It was quite cool)
4) Donnie Darko DVD ( )
5) $20 Gift Certificate for Chapters

and last, but dear lord not even close to least:

6) Two Sided OLP Poster!!!

I have the band photo showing right now, but I'll flip it around whenever I get scared by Jer's bad-ass stare...

I went out to see a friend of mine at her house in the country yesterday... I spent about an hour out at a nearby farm helping her herd sheep. I now hate sheep  And most other farm animals for that matter *picks goo off of shoe with stick* :freak:

i just realized yet another reason to love OLP

in my car i like to try and sing in harmony with the songs cuz its like a game. OLP music is fairly difficult to do that to because raine uses some really wierd intervals...so yeah, diana if you're ever going down telegraph and you hear somebody squaking like a bird to OLP, its me

I just got my G1!

Glee!

So, if you happen to see a half-duck, half-man driving around in Kingston, it's probably me. Or that guy Jeff. He's a freak. :freak:

Hmm...I'm ironing a shirt so that I can wear it to the Great Big Sea show tomorrow night. It's a wrinkled mess.
