Cant find Canadian version anywhere. Even on the links that say Canadian, the American version plays.

Hmm, that's weird. Probably an error on Sony's Vevo channel, but it's also odd that it isn't on OLP's channel either. Maybe shoot a tweet to @coalitionMUS and ask them if they know what's up?
