https://youtu.be/eWloj2G1q-Y around the 5:05 mark you can hear it kick in. That's from 2012, but I know you can hear it on some of the shows we recorded following the Evening With tour. After the Evening tour, Steve stopped doing the big solo bridge, and went to the subdued, mild bridge.

Or not. Just went back and listened to a handful of In Repair versions from late 2010, and 2011 and I can't tell that it's there. But definitely brought back in 2012.
