12"x12" Album promos?

All- I have found 12"x12" (approximately record album sized) promo flats for "Clumsy" and "Spiritual Machines"- does anyone know if they were also produced for "Naveed" and "Happiness..."?

I remember the fish shaped promos that were being handed out during the Happiness promotion. I remember having one at Woodstock 99, but pretty sure that fish did not survive a 3000 mile move!
