So my yearly review from my team lead/manager-ish type figure, which was written within the last week, gave me the highest possible rating in the area of communication, and specifically called out use of email.

However today the manager from our client company who we work for pulled me aside and told me that I need to be more tactful in my email. Interesting.

Exactly! Words I've lived by since I was 17 - "Hey, as long as I get off..."

Although.. there has been times where I didn't; and she did. 8-)

It doesn't count if she considers avoiding the entire situation as "getting off."
