Meh, block me if you like if you don't like the criticism. It's all just opinions anyway. But better to say how I feel than just agree with everything the band does. As I said, the album sounds good, and I think it will be their best since Gravity, at the least, and may be better than Gravity. Everyone likes different styles. I don't agree with their last few albums, and also some of the songs on this one (from the clips, at least).

But I don't like it when everything turns into a circle-jerk. I sometimes think that if OLP put out a Celine Dion CD many people here would be saying it was amazing, just because they are in love with the band. It's ok not to like something from someone you respect. They put out some good stuff, and also some crap. This album looks to have mostly good stuff, or at least not crap (from the clips at least).

I don't think anyone is denying that OLP can produce some shit, but we're far from a circle jerk. I still have my critiques, but I'm not letting them get in the way of the potentially great album right now.

Same here, Curve is listed but the tracks aren't available to stream yet -- definitely not a midnight release. I would guess they'll be up sometime in the morning or by noon anyway... unless they're running on Pacific Standard Time. Whoever's on the west coast should check at midnight or anyone running on EST should look if they're still up at 3 a.m. Bed time for The Dude.
