I wanted to do happiness... but I couldn't, I had to do If you believe and Wonderful future. I know they've done those more recently than anything off of HINAFYCC, but if I'm going to drive all the way to chicago, i really don't want to hurt my chance of finally hearing some SM live.

We haven't had any polls in a while! http://www.clumsymonkey.net/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=14501&start=0

Let's continue the "deep cuts" voting discussion over there, and other tour discussion in here. 8-)

:duncan: good idea ..

I just remember I forgot about Trapeze. Going to put that on Raine's twitter now.

Thank God they're switching up their set lists... that's one reason that I've never been that willing to see them live... I can youtube a setlist for one of their shows, and that's pretty much their entire tour right there.

Pearl Jam is my favorite band, in large part due to the fact that they switch up their set lists and provide something different for each show.

first he said Monday, then he said Friday. I never count on anything he says... it keeps me from getting frustrated with him when he's wrong.

MrRaineMaida:
OLP mailing list members will get password sent to them either wed or Thurs for pre sale Tix. General Tickets go on sale Feb 10th!!!
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

It's funny, they've never switched their setlists up a great deal... not as much as I would prefer... but it's hardly as static as you say. Their setlist might have frequently been the same from one night to the next, but if you look at a full tour they'll swap different songs in and out over time. Personally I've never seen them play the same setlist twice (but I've only seen them 2x for Gravity , 3x for HIPT, and 5x for Burn Burn).

Still upset they stopped playing Denied a show before the show I went to on the 09 tour. Still got to see Bring Back the Sun though.

1000x THIS! I love Pearl Jam and see them as many times a tour as I can for the very reason its a completely different experience every night. Now if OLP does this, I will def hit up multiple shows.

Yikes, OLP is playing St. Andrews Hall in Detroit. Hell, I'm big enough of a musician to play that venue. WTF.

The venues are all smaller, which was what they wanted. Great choices all the way around. Smaller crowds, love it.

I don't know Club Infinity but if it's anything like the one Ours played in during their 2007 tour it's going to be a great show.
