I'm already excited that Scott Weintrob won't be involved with the video lol. Good sign.

Looks like it's not until tomorrow according to Raine. Steve must have meant just that they were arriving in Toronto today. Raine also mentioned Christopher Mills. Anyone familiar with him? And blowing stuff up!!

Looks like he's done a lot of music videos for a wide variety of artists. Modest Mouse, Vendetta Red, Serial Joe, Mandy Moore, Interpol, and Shinedown just to name a few.

interesting that he directed JFs 'whirring' - we all know how much of a fan raine is. he also directed the video for 'collect call' by metric which is one of my all-time favourite videos. check it out if you haven't already... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LRnulrnIYgY&ob=av3n

LOVE the joy formidable. Going to see them in DC. Video is cool too. I bet this video is going to be awesome. Not one band member as yet to complain about making a video and we know they hate it!

I hope there's some saul like character on the album cover(I don't know why it just seems weird without it)

Same here Flynn... that or the boys on the cover again like Gravity, since this album will be 10 years since Gravity and Raine keeps saying how Curve is a beginning of a new era for them.

I doubt we'll get a saul type character... since "Change" is the theme of this album.

Then again, the "change" came from a return to roots... so who knows. But my inclination is "if we've done it before we don't want to do it" means that everything, even the cover art, is going to be drastically different from any of their previous releases.

I wonder if they're shooting the Heavyweight video today or doing the photoshoot for the album cover, cause Raine and taggart have said two different things
