Raine will play on Chantal Kreviazuk's album

How do you know if he'll actually appear though .. that pic could mean anything. Raine helped write and produce a couple of songs on her last album and Jer played drums on one song I believe so I wouldn't be surprised if Raine does appear .. but is there an article about it?

I didn't find any article yet, but this pic is from www.chantalkreviazuk.com and looks like that pic was taken in Chantal studio while she was recording the album.

I know, I saw the pic from her site but that still doesn't mean much .. since he helped write music for her before he could just be playing with her or helping her record/practise or something like that. Who knows, that could be their house and they're just making music together :mrgreen:

I think Raine produced the song she did for the Stuart Little 2 soundtrack too ...

actually if any of you guys saw the Music without boarders discussion on Much Music in September, Chantal performed two songs and Raine played guitar on them. It was her song Blue and the other one is called beatrice I think. It is the one she wrote about her cousin who died or something like that. I also know they were doing demos last year when OLP were touring. Chantal came out on the road and they had their own bus and did demos. Whether any of these see the light of day who knows. But look at it this way, he is her husband and it wouldn't be too far fetched if he played on a track or two. Just like Chantal sang backing vocals on Thief. :love:

BTW, Gwen and Gavin sing on each others CD's., so why shouldn't Raine and Chantal. They also did score the b/W film Cleopatra. it is all music though.

Yeah I saw the MWOB thing on MM too with Raine and Chantal. I think it would be awesome if he did sing or play on 1 or 2 of her songs :nod:

When all that was happening the Chantal record and John Lennon CD helped me through. I told Chantal that I found some comfort in her CD when all this happened. I saw her last December. She was at the MWB concert. I thought it would of been neat if she introduced OLP instead of George and the other guy. :love:

also it took me awhile before I could play SM again. Especially RBY, with the line Bombarded by the atmosphere, you breathe you choke you breathe again. For weeks it was hard breathing in lower Manhattan. there were still alot of Jet fuel and chemical smell in the area.

I have it on VCR video tape. I can try to find someone to dub it for me. I have all 5 hours of the whole interview, performances thing. I think with OLP it was Mike and DUncan talking and Raine and Chantal performing from LA. :love:

P.S. if you are going to the Hall show, i f I get it I can give it to you there. I am coming out for that show.
