oh wait
What's cryptic about that? The song SOS will be on Raine's site soon.
“Music doesn’t have the power to change the world. What music does is it changes people, & that changes the world, so to say that music doesn’t change people anymore is just ridiculous. It does everyday. It doesn’t have to be on a political or social level. You could be feeling shitty & it makes you happy & if that’s all it does, it’s changing the world. It’s making it a better place.” ~ Raine Maida

Have any of you even read Raine's tweets lately. He mentioned lyrics and had S.O.S references a few times in previous ones.
I feel love, I feel a power. It comes to me in the darkest hour. And I want to feel it again

As long as the October one isn't 'Not Done Yet' That song is beautiful but I want to hear something we haven't heard any version of yet!!
*OK. I'm done being impatient and antsy.... for now.*

I think I'm going to wait until the album comes out to download the songs, perhaps even listen to them. I know I'm going to buy the album and I'm much too stingy to buy the singles on iTunes as they come plus the album, and also, I like hearing an album as a whole.
Hey T-dub, how's this for cryptic: my papa's business is waiting for a fax from you.

Yeah, actually, my only complaint with Hunters Lullaby was that I already knew half the songs on it when it came out. Not Raine's fault, really, since most people hadn't heard the EP, but since the album was already pretty short it was a little disappointing.
So I might follow your lead, Shanae.

there were only 4 songs on Love Hope Hero. Hunters had about 10 songs..
He actually only started playing the song Yellow Brick Road a few months before the CD came out..The first live shows( where he opened for his wife) he played another song( Declaration) and did 2 poems. The one for Bibi is on the t-shirt you got at the shows..Plus he did a new song when I saw him open for Chantal last December. I think it might of been Not Done Yet cause that song sounded vaguely familar, but he said he just wrote it.
Either way makes no difference if you hear the songs one by one or buy the whole cd in Jan.. I am looking forward to it either way. If the songs heard are any indication of what the cd will be like I am loving it..
P.S when I first heard some of the BB stuff( before offical release) I was worried that this might be the OLP cd I did not like. Turns out BB is one of my favorite cds from them..

Yeah, I was referring to Yellow Brick Road as the fifth song. It wasn't on LHH, but I did hear it a few months before as you said, so I'm counting it.
And while now I can listen to the album without it affecting me, the first couple times through it just felt a little disappointing to have so little new material. Again, not Raine's fault, I'm just sayin'.
